Oki MX1150 ink cartridges 

Designed to print text and barcodes in monochrome, the Oki MX1150 is a durable machine for variety of applications that require large-scale printing, ranging from manufacturing and industrial settings to standard computer rooms that function through a network. The optional cabinet is designed to make this rather noisy printer as quiet as possible, and the user-friendly controls are easy to find and manage.

Design

The rugged and robust printer technology of the Oki MX1150 is built to perform at optimum capacity, boasting speedier and uninterrupted printing. It comes in a cabinet and a pedestal version, with the former being noisier. The Oki MX1150 comes with standard paper handling, and like other printers from the same line, is compatible with standard barcodes, 100 multinational character sets, and Unicode UTF-8 fonts.

Advantages

Unlike other dot matrix printers, the Oki MX1150 prints much faster at 1,500 lines per minute, which is a crucial component of its time-saving capabilities. Users can easily detect ribbon life on the user-friendly control panel. The Oki MX1150 can also be integrated into a LAN/WAN network.

Disadvantages

Though the Oki MX1150 prints faster, it is easily one of the noisiest printers in the market. Without a cabinet, it produces 68dBA of noise. The cabinet version muffles the sounds, reducing the MX1150's noise level to 52dBA.
