The Canon Pixma iP4500 printer is a photo printer that is specifically designed to print high-quality color photos. The majority of people who use the Canon Pixma iP4500 printer will be using it to print borderless 4” x 6” photos but the Canon Pixma iP4500 printer is capable of printing on a variety of different paper sizes including legal and letter-size paper so it’s a printer that can be used for printing multiple types of documents even though it is intended specifically to be a photo printer. The Canon Pixma iP4500 also has multiple paper feed trays and it is capable of printing straight from a memory card or camera device without requiring the use of a PC.
The Canon Pixma iP4500 ink system is a five-ink system. The Canon Pixma iP4500 ink cartridges come in black, yellow, magenta, cyan and pigment black. This latter ink cartridge is an addition to the ink cartridges that would typically be found in an inkjet printer and is designed specifically to enhance the quality of the photos that are printed on the Canon Pixma iP4500 printer.
