Imagine tweaking all wireless printers to match the features on a PoGo, GoMobiPrint application should be an ideal solution. It is an application designed for Symbian mobile operating system with Nokia S60 software that enables your cell phone to directly print on any wireless printer.
The application directs data on cell phones onto wireless printers through the Bluetooth interface. It can be used to print text messages, contacts, emails and most definitely, photographs.
The software is developed by Software Imaging and was unraveled at a Symbian Smartphone show in London. As the manufacturer states – “…solves the problem of photos taken with a camera phone that are ‘ trapped’ on the handset. Most users currently have to resort to downloading them to a PC for printing.”
GoMobiPrint can be purchased on their website for a paltry £2.50. Users have to choose their cell phone model and enter their phone number; a SMS is sent that enables users to download the software directly. Free upgrades for six months are offered on this application.
The company director reveals that an upgrade is expected in the near future that would work through Wi-Fi along with the existing Bluetooth. Also, the company aims to support iPhone, BlackBerry and Windows Mobile by the end of the year.
