Brother Joins the Party with New Colour Laser Printers
Brother Corporation is now in the limelight for their new line of products; colour laser printers and colour all-in-ones. These printers are meant for small businesses and homes, and the imbibed technology ensures that the printers have a small footprint.
Jeff Sandler, director of marketing of laser products at Brother International, said – “We understand that small business and home-based office professionals have a range of needs, and that when it comes to color printers and all-in-ones, one size does not necessarily fit all.”
The new products include two printers in HL-3000 colour laser series and three printers in colour all-in-one MFC-9000 series. All these printers leverage on LED technology as opposed to laser technology. The new technology ensures that the energy savings are immense.
In HL-3000 series, HL-3040CN and HL-3070CW were launched and in MFC-9000 series, MFC-9010CN, MFC-9120CN and MFC-9320CW were introduced. All these printers can print at a maximum print speed of 17 pages per minute which is a little disappointing considering that the LED technology supports faster printing.
Pricing details are not revealed as yet.
