The king of photo printing, Canon has introduced a new photo printer in Pixma MP560 which is feature rich and promises a new dimension to printing. As most other Canon photo printers, this one too targets home users and glancing through the list of features available on the printer reads home user all the way.

Print quality is at the pinnacle at 9600 X 2400 dpi and the printer leverages upon five ink Canon inkjet cartridges with minimum 1pl droplet size to bring to life amazing pictures. The separate ink tanks are a boon to users as they provide instant economy. Only the ink that runs out needs replaced.

Print speeds are not bad at all, at 9.2 images per minute in black and 6.0 images per minute in colour.

Connectivities to the printer are led by state-of-the-art Wi-Fi system followed by Bluetooth and USB 2.0. A PictBridge port and a host of memory card readers allow the printer to be as flexible as possible.

The need of the day feature, automatic duplex printing is also available along with a 2″ LCD screen and a scroll wheel for easy navigation.

Canon has set a price tag of £150 which is not bad for all the built-in features one gets from the printer.
