The Canon Selphy CP770 photo printer, popularly known as the bucket printer has a new look for the festive season that welcomes us shortly.
The printer was launched in May this year with a yellow bucket. The redesigned CP770 is touted to be in pink, apt for the Christmas season with a Hello Kitty brand imprinted on the top. It definitely resembles a toy and could end up a great Christmas for many girls this season.
Other functions and features on this printer are unchanged. It’s mounted with a 2.5” LCD screen for previewing images before printing. Speed of printing for each 6” X 4” postcard sized photograph is around 52 seconds. Little slower than others, but the lab-like quality makes up for the sluggishness.
It will be launched in Japan next week and is likely to hit the western world in the coming fortnight. According to the sources, the price of CP770 is unlikely to change and will remain at £99.
