FlexwriterThe enhancement of technology combines multiple products into one/fewer products. A solid example could be a multi-function which acts as a printer, copier, scanner and a fax machine as well. In the CD/DVD publishing technology, Copytrax has released Flexwriter, a machine that can copy CDs/DVDs and print on them as well, in bulk.

Flexwriter is a fully programmed machine which has the capability of working at a touch of a button. It is projected to copy and print 225 discs at any given time. The copier system is manufactured by Pioneer and the printer prints in colour with a maximum resolution of 4800 dpi.

Flexwriter targets low to medium production companies like recording studios, video production companies, software production companies and computer game developers.

Steve Woods, Managing Director of Copytrax said - “Flexwriter system are very reliable and provide a very consistent performance, making them ideal for professional duplication where lower and medium production volume is required. This is a very active part of the market because today’s software products tend to be updated more regularly and production needs to be much more flexible. For companies such as software developers, the FlexWriter will enable them to reduce stock levels and more easily ship out new releases at the earliest opportunity.”
