Dell Corporation has launched its first A3 laser printer along with an A4 printer, which they claim to be the fastest in the world. Dell 7130cdn is an A3 printer and will hit the stands in the second week of December, while, Dell 5130cdn is an A4 printer which is already out.
“We now have a fairly complete line of printers, from low-end USB mono personal printers, up to A3 and fast A4. These models essentially complete our range,” said Stephen Burt, Dell’s European imaging business manager.
The manufacturer acclaimed fastest printer in the world, 5130cdn can output 45 pages per minute, which is quite brisk indeed. Burt quips that this mark will not be an easy task to cross by their competitors.
Laser toners to these printers are also claimed to be on the lower end.
The Dell 5130cdn starts from £799 and the highest model in the series comes with finishing options such as stapling and stack printed output, and is priced at £1,249.
The high capacity 7130cdn with a maximum duty cycle of up to 150,000 pages per month comes at a price of £1,959.
