SX600FEpson has launched a new powerful multi-function printer, Stylus SX600F that is capable of scanning, copying and faxing along with routine printing duties. The printer is network ready; wired and wireless, and comes mounted with a decent sized LCD screen on it.

Stylus SX600FW produces rich quality documents and lab quality photos that are water, smudge and fade resistant with its DURABrite Ultra inks. Its print heads carry Epson patented Micro Piezo technology along with high speed print engines. Print speeds of this printer are not revealed yet.

The printer is network ready with Ethernet ports at the rear end and integrated Wi-Fi. This is perfect for homes as users don’t have to draw cables anymore which can be annoying most of the times.

The feature packed SX600F is a photo printer that can work sans PC through PictBridge port and memory card reader. The printer also sports a 6.3cm LCD screen which can be used to view and print photos, send faxes and make quick copies, among other PC-free functions.

A 30-page automatic document feeder enables the printer to scan, copy and fax multiple documents seamlessly.

Stylus SX600F is priced quite high for its high-end features at £150. Each individual colour cartridge costs £8. The printer is expected to hit the market on the 1st of September.
