Epson Stylus Pro comes with Extended Warranties at Half the Price
In an effort to boost sales, Epson has struck an ingenious idea by offering extended support warranty at half the price on its Stylus Pro range of printers.
The extended warranty, CoverPlus, is over and above the standard 1 year warranty offered on the printer.
The total savings a user can achieve in opting for the 50% discount is magnanimous at £699.50. The extended warranty period is for three years and covers telephone support across UK, in which technicians will guide users in troubleshooting and educating over a telephone. Furthermore, if the telephone support is unable the fix the problem, an Epson engineer will personally visit the user’s abode/office the next business day. Epson ink is not covered under CoverPlus though.
Commenting on the extended warranty, Martin Johns, Senior Product Manager, Epson UK, says, “As well as quality, flexibility and speed, Epson products are known for their reliability. The CoverPlus extended warranty gives complete peace of mind and reassurance.”
The offer runs from the 31st of October 2009 until the 31st of March 2010 and applies to the following Stylus Pro models: 3880, 4450, 4880, 7450, 7880, 7900, 9450, 9880, 9900 and 11880.
