HP has started a new week and a new month in style with the unveiling of a new photo printer in Photosmart Premium Fax All-in-One. Yes! it confused me too, there are no numbers associated with this model of photo printer from HP. As the name suggests, the printer is a multi-function printer that can perform multi-page scanning, copying and faxing along with document and photo printing.
The manufacturer claims that the printer is capable of delivering laser quality documents and lab quality photographs. The claim further extends to the rate of prints with the manufacturer stating – do more in less time. Seems like HP has hung onto a new marketing strategy to reveal as little as possible to rake the possible suspense of its product.
Other features include Bluetooth capability to source the feeds from cell phones and other Bluetooth enabled devices. The printer is Wi-Fi enabled, which allows users to print seamlessly without the cable clutter. Memory card slots and PictBridge are available for sans PC printing. A 6.1 cm LCD screen is mounted on the printer to view photographs before hitting the print command.
HP says that the printer should be available in the market towards the end of March. It’s estimated to cost around £266.
