An ideal printer for printing photos, the HP Photosmart C5380 is combined with a color LCD and five-ink system that ensures high quality photo printing possible. However, the C5380 lacks the multi-function capability with the lack of a fax machine and Ethernet support.

Features
The key feature of the HP Photosmart C5380 is the Color LCDs, though color LCDs has become common to most photo printing printers of today’s printing market. The HP Photosmart C5380 has a 2.4-inch color display which facilitates the entire setting of the printer to the user – allowing the user to directly print from a memory card or USB flash drive.

Inspite of all these good features the C5380 is without a fax machine and an Ethernet port, and hence, losing the multifunction capability. The printer uses HP 364 ink cartridges that use single Vivera ink tanks, five of them – assuring excellent and vivid photos. The C5380 also has the support for high-capacity XL cartridges.

Performance
As with most AIO the C5380 also prints at 31 pages per minute (ppm) for draft-which meets most home office and small business requirements. However, what makes the C5380 different from its competition is the speed at which it prints photos. The C5380 prints an A4-sized photograph in as less as 18 seconds.

The C5380 also has the scan and copy features and also has an onboard memory card reader, which is compatible with most flash media. There is also a USB port, to which you can plug a thumb drives and print without connecting the printer to a computer.
