Canon has introduced two new photo all-in-one printers last week. It announced the introduction of MP470 and MP210 printers into the printer market. These printers boast of Auto Image Fix and Quick Start features. AutoImage Fix includes a function that automatically analyzes and categorizes the scenes in photographs to ensure that each individual scene is optimized in accordance with the scene types such as Portrait, Scenery, Snapshot etc. The quick start feature quickly turns the printer ON unlike other printers which usually have a boot-up time.

The MP470 can produce text prints up to 22ppm in black and 17ppm in colour. A 4X6 postcard photo is printed every 46 seconds in studio quality. The printer is integrated with a 1.8” flip-up LCD panel to view photos from PictBridge port. The printer also has memory slots and an optional Bluetooth connection.

The MP210 has all the features of the MP470 along with the advanced Z-Lid expansion top that helps in clear scanning of textbooks and large notebooks.

The MP470 has a price tag of £25 and MP210 of £40.
