Lexmark Launch Nine Laser MFPs
It’s raining printers and the rain god is Lexmark this time around. Their latest launch presents nine different monochrome multi-function laser printers.
The base line includes multi-function laser printers in the X260 series. Three printers have been released in the series and they are capable of printing at a best resolution of 1200 X 1200 dpi. The printer can handle a maximum capacity of 550 sheets. Printing speed is top notch at 30 pages per minute. Printer comes with network option by default but network faxing or scanning is not one of the supported features. This series pricing starts at £200.
The mid-range series is represented by the X360 series; three printers in total. These mono laser printers ups the ante over the X260 series with an enhanced printing speed of 35 pages per minute and 24-bit scanner with a 50-sheet auto document feeder. Network scanning and tools for OCR are also included. Base price of this series starts from £250.
The top end series, X460 with three printers is targeted at small and medium offices. It offers an excellent printing speed at 40 pages per minute and at 18 pages per minute for duplex printing. The series is mounted with a 7″ touchscreen to easily navigate through the menu options and print jobs. Fax support is only available as an add-on feature. The series carries a minimum price tag of £500.
