Pixma 6700d We have already discussed about the higher model of photo printers from Canon, the Pixma Pro9000. While the Pro9000 is targeted at professionals with a steep price and unmatchable quality, Canon has a similar photo printer for home users who may not like to spend as much. The Canon Pixma 6700d is a perfect foil for home users for their personal photo printing.

Pixma 6700d comes with a 3.5” LCD screen for previewing. The Canon patented print head technology brings in exceptional photo printing quality by using 6 ink tanks and 3072 precision nozzles. Remember, more the nozzles, better the quality. It can take input from USB, memory cards and also directly to digital cameras through the PictBridge port. It also supports wireless infrared printing. The 6700d supports duplex printing which can be considered as one of the environment friendly features.

The Pixma 6700d can print post card sized photos in less than a minute. The best resolution it can provide is 9600X2400 dpi. It has a price tag of £90 which is four times cheaper than its professional peer.
