O’Neil Product Development Inc, a subsidiary of Dover Corporation has manufactured the smallest thermal label and receipt printer. The 3” OC3 is compact, streamlined and claims to be reliable.
The OC3 is the smallest thermal label printer measuring 35% smaller than its closest competitor. It is capable of printing labels and receipts up to 3” in width. The 32 bit RISC ARM 9 processor allows faster printing. The maximum printing quality is at 203 dpi.
The OC3 maintains O’Neil’s renowned reliability standard, and offers optional wireless local area 802.11b/g networking (WLAN) or wireless personal area Bluetooth network (WPAN) capabilities, as well as a wide variety of security options to meet the needs of the retail community.
The pricing information has not been disclosed yet. This compact wireless printer with excellent features seems to be a perfect addition in all retail stores.
