Ricoh has introduced a high quality A4 colour laser printer, Aficio SP C420DN which offers customers with true value for money. The printer is targetted for small offices and workgroups and boasts of excellent quality with flexible paper handling at a low cost per print.
C420DN prints at a speed of 31ppm for both colour and black-and-white including duplex. The first print takes around 15 seconds. This printer is built for heavy environments with a maximum duty cycle of 150,000 prints per month.
The printer can work sans PC through PictBridge port and memory card slots. Gigabit Ethernet technology strengthens C420DN as a network printer.
A four-line mono-colour LCD allows users to check supply levels or access menu options. The suspended/resume button swiftly guides users through all print jobs.
Additionally, alerts are emailed to administrators to facilitate device monitoring and management. Also, paper jams are minimal due to the short distance the paper needs to travel.
The Aficio SP C420DN is priced at £700 and is currently available in the retail market.
