If you are thinking of getting an HP printer think again, I have had little response, sent a new non working and in fact worse than my old printer.
I bought a new B110a in February in the UK, it had paper feed problems and I went to France. The UK then said it was now France HP problem. They sent out a "new" printer that never worked, I contacted immediately the UK and was told they would contact France. After WEEKS with many emails to them without a response we rang the UK and they got someone to ring me with a non disponable number (presumably a premium rate that our system does not support). Stating if I want a new print head then ring them. How the ferk do I know what it needs, "IT DONT WORK" sure it says print head error code blah blah, but I am not an HP technician.
So before buying a printer ensure that you can contact the service and garantee department without a high cost premium number that keeps giving you silly numbers and going around and around.
You need not look at HP, theirs does.
