Xerox is known to do big things and this time round, they have just proved us right. The printer manufacturer has announced the arrival of five different Phaser printers into the market. All the printers in this phase are black and white laser printers.
Topping the list is Phaser 5550 which is an upgrade of Phaser 5500. Its main feature is its printing speed which sits at 50ppm. It’s also capable of printing double side and carries a price tag of £1770.
The base model of multi-function printers, Phaser 3100 is designed for printing on A4 paper. It prints at a speed of 23ppm. It features a full QWERTY keyboard for faxing purpose along with scan to email functionality. It can optionally work on IP network through VoiP technology. It is priced at £119.
The second model of multi-function printers is the Phaser 3635. It prints at a speed of 33ppm. Along with all basic features and functionalities, it is mounted with a touch screen control panel. The cost of this printer is pricey at £1260.
Other new printers making up the tally are Phaser 3250 and 3600. Phaser 3250 prints at 28ppm and is priced at £118 while 3600 prints at a rate of 38ppm and carries a price tag of £300.
