Acceptance

Ink cartridges

Cartridge Save will accept ink cartridges providing:

The original brand label must be present and intact. Intact means the label has no holes or tears in it and no obvious attempt has been made to remove the label.
The print head has no visible signs of damage (i.e. small dents or scratches).
The case should be undamaged and completely intact.

We can recycle the following:

Selected inkjet cartridges by Hewlett Packard, Samsung, Dell and Canon.

Please do not return any Epson or damaged inkjet cartridges.

Mobile Phones

Please ensure that you remove your SIM card before sending your mobile(s). Your SIM card contains personal information, and as such we shall destroy any SIM card received immediately, as it cannot be returned. Please also make sure that you remove any information from your handset or systems which could also store personal details.

We do accept chargers.

We do not accept desktop or household phones.

Neither Cartridge Save or its agents will accept liability for any loss of data incurred in the event of SIM cards and customer data not being removed from products. Any charges, payments, losses or associated costs with any products returned to Cartridge Save or its agents shall be the sole responsibility of the last owner. Neither Cartridge Save or its agents shall be held responsible for any costs. It is the responsibility of the owner to remove the SIM card and erase all personal information from the device prior to returning it.

Memory cards received with information stored will be erased immediately.

Passing of Title

Cartridge Save shall assume full title of all items upon receipt.

Cartridge Save does not accept responsibility for any goods lost in transit or which are not accepted as receipts for any reason whatsoever.

Cartridge Save will arrange for the safe disposal of any items that do not meet our requirements.

Processing of consignments

Cartridge Save is unable to return any items to the sender, whether or not they are faulty or are requested to be returned during dispute.

Postage and Collections

Cartridge Save does not take any responsibility for the loss or damage to items during transit. The freepost envelope or label does not guarantee that the items(s) will be received in the same condition as it was sent.
