Brother DCP-7010
A multifunction laser printer, digital copier, and colour scanner has never come in such a small package as it does in the Brother DCP-7010. This attractive-looking multifunction laser printer will not only produce high quality colour prints, but the Brother DCP-7010 toner will also reproduce 256 shades of gray. Measuring 55 x 495 x 450 mm, and weighing in at only 12.3 kilograms, the Brother DCP-7010 is small enough, and light enough, to fit in even the smallest of offices.
Speed is also one of the DCP-7010's assets. The Brother DCP-7010 is capable of producing a maximum of 20 ppm at its fastest setting. The monochrome laser engine is plenty fast for most operations, and it offers a multi-tasking feature that will allow the user to print/copy, print/scan, or copy/scan simultaneously. Not only is the DCP-7010's print speed comparable to most other compact laser printers, but its maximum scanning resolution of 2,400 x 6,000 dpi is among the industry's highest for a multifunction laser printer of this size.
The Brother DCP-7010 toner has an approximate lifespan of 2,500 printed A4/LTR pages before needing to be replaced, while the drum has an expected duty-cycle of about 12,000 printed pages. This laser printer will accept a variety of paper sizes, as well as envelopes, labels, recycled paper, and a variety of other forms of media.
Copying pages with the Brother DCP-7010 is equally as fast as its print speed at 20 copies per minute. Maximum resolution of copies is set at 600 x 300 dpi, and a maximum of 99 copies can be produced of each original image at any one time. It's also possible to enlarge or shrink text/images at 1% increments from 25%-400%. The DCP-7010 also has a paper-saving feature that will compress multiple pages into one.
