Canon IRC-3580i toner cartridges 

Network-ready and affordable, the Canon IRC-3580i promises to increase productivity and savings in the long-run. It prints in colour only when required and it keeps documents secure, making it a good addition to a small to medium-size office. However, some features may be unnecessary for a small office while the high initial price of the IRC-3580i may prompt users to look for other options.

Design

Canon specifically designed the IRC-3580i for larger offices. It can copy and scan over an Ethernet or Wi-Fi-based network. Users can print high-resolution images and documents at 1200 dpi. The Canon IRC-3580i runs on the Canon custom 544MHz+400MHz processor with 1.5GB of memory and an 80GB hard drive. The IRC3580i printer is integrated with automatic colour sensing (ACS) so colour ink is only used when needed.

Advantages

The Canon IRC 3580i is a speedy device capable of printing 35 ppm in monochrome and 30 ppm in colour. It is excellent for medium to large-size office departments with its networking options, cost controls, and intelligent security features that keep documents and settings protected from unauthorised use. The ACS features helps cut down ink costs. Users have the option to integrate Wi-Fi into the Canon IRC-3580i.

Disadvantages

The Canon IRC3580i laser printer is expensive and the optional colour cartridges may be unnecessary for users that require only black-and-white printing. The Canon IRC-3580i is large, bulky, and heavy, weighing 116 kg while measuring 755mm deep and 791mm tall, so it may occupy more space than it should.
