The Canon Laser Shot LBP-5000 is a great printer that is able to meet the demands of a home office or for personal use. It is a laser and colour printer that is able to print up to 8 pages per minute in both colour and black and white. It can print in a maximum resolution of 9,600 x 600 dpi in black and white or colour. The Canon Laser Shot LBP-5000 also uses Automatic Image Refinement to enhance images and reproduce colours as accurately as possible.

Design

This printer is built strong and has dimensions of in 40.64 cm in width, 36.57 cm in depth, and a height of 37.33 cm. In addition, this printer is portable at a weight of 16.01 kilograms. The Canon LBP-5000 is designed to connect to a computer via USB and installation is quick. It also has a single media feeder that has a maximum capacity of 250 sheets. This printer is only able to print on envelopes and plain paper. Installing Canon LBP-5000 toner isn't complex or time consuming thanks to the layout. Compatible operating systems include Windows Sever 2003, Windows 98, Windows ME, Windows 2000, and Windows XP.
