Our Verdict:  

Dell 5350dn toner cartridges 

If you’re looking for a printer that can adapt with your business then the Dell 5350dn is the perfect choice. With the option to upgrade paper capacity and memory size, as and when your business needs it, the 5350dn is ideal for growing companies. The monochrome laser printer has a monthly duty cycle of up to 225,000 pages and has a lightening quick print speed of 55pm – if you’re after a high performing printer then read on.

Design

The Dell 5350dn is fairly compact (8”(H) x 16.7”(W) x 20.1” (D)). However, if you decide to add extra paper trays, then be prepared to move the printer from the desk to the floor as a standalone device. The printer comes with an adjustable LCD panel and a host of function buttons that allow you to control the printer, independently from a PC. The rear of the laser printer houses a super-fast Ethernet port and USB connections. The paper tray is accessible from the front and can store up to 650 sheets – this can be upgraded to 4,300 sheets!

Advantages

If you want to save on print costs then the Dell 5350dn is a must-have. The eco-friendly printer has a low cost per page output of 1p per A4 page, there’s also a built in duplex which further reduces paper costs! Aside from the cost savings, the Dell 5350dn is lightening quick, firing out paper at 50ppm! The printer also features Dell OpenManage software allowing you to monitor and control your whole printer fleet directly from your desktop.

Disadvantages

Although the Dell 5350dn comes with Ethernet connectivity, it would be nice to see built-in WiFi – this would allow devices that aren’t connect onto the corporate network to print from the printer on an adhoc basis. The price may also put off those on a budget – especially when you consider that this printer only produces monochrome and doesn’t come with any extra functions such as fax/scanner.
