The HP LaserJet Enterprise 600 M602dn is a reliable and fast monochrome laser printer for workgroups. It offers high-input capacity, excellent print speeds, and very good and consistent print quality, ideal for everyday document printing. The device even offers network support, while helping cut costs by using high-yield cartridges and offering duplex printing capabilities that reduces paper consumption by half. The HP LaserJet Enterprise 600 Printer M602dn is a good choice for workgroups. However, the Enterprise 600 M602dn printer is not as versatile as multifunction devices and it can only produce black and white documents.

Design

The HP LaserJet Enterprise M602dn office black and white laser printer measures some 15x16x20 inches. It features a 4-line LCD screen and basic control buttons in its control panel, along with a numeric keypad for password protection and entering PINs. A USB port is just below the control panel for direct printing from flash drives. The HP LaserJet Enterprise M602dn offers expandable input capacity, thanks to its optional paper cassettes. For PC connection, the unit has an Ethernet and a USB port, while an optional WiFi configuration is also available.

Advantages

In addition to versatile connectivity and expandable media handling options, the HP LaserJet Enterprise M602dn mono laser printer boasts duplex printing and high-speed printing, as the LaserJet Enterprise 600 M602dn printer is capable of printing as many as 52 pages per minute, which is among the fastest in its range of laser printers. The highest resolution for outputs is up to 1200x1200 dpi. Supply management for the HP M602dn laser printer is straightforward with a single black HP LaserJet Enterprise M602dn toner that prints up to 10,000 pages as the only consumable.

Disadvantages

However, the HP M602dn LaserJet Enterprise fails to impress as it only has a black and white print engine, and does not support colour printing. The LaserJet M-602dn mono printer is also a single function unit, suitable only for dedicated document and black and white graphics printing.
