Design

The design function of the HP M631h allows for higher printing yields than with earlier models. The unit features JetIntelligence, which ensures that the latest toner technology gives you more printed pages than you might expect. You also have the option for high-capacity cartridges, and the unit can produce double-sided prints almost as quickly as single-sided prints. The printer features USB and network connectivity.

Advantages

The time waiting for the first printed page is less than five-and-a-half seconds and less than eight seconds if the printer is waking from sleep, so there is not a long wait time for the documents that you need. The SureStart software helps to protect the machine and the network from any external threats, and it can even begin to repair damage done by hacks. A 320GB hard drive is standard to allow for storage of documents before they are printed out. The HP Laserjet Enterprise Flow MFP M631h is not as large as many multi-function models, but it might still require desk space of its own.

Disadvantages

The Laserjet M631h is a mono printer and only goes up to A4-size paper, so for anything larger and in colour, an additional printer will be required. A lack of Wi-Fi connectivity on the HP Enterprise Flow MFP M631h might also be an issue for some users.
