HP LaserJet M1005MFP toner cartridges 

The HP LaserJet M1005 MFP is a multifunction printer that will meet the demands of a small business or home office that requires printing, scanning, and copying abilities. This laser monochrome printer can easily manufacture up to 14 pages per minute in a sharp resolution of up to 600 x 600 dpi. The HP LaserJet M1005MFP includes a 230 MHz processor and 32 MB of RAM to handle processing and storage. A flatbed scanner can scan in an optical resolution of up to 1,200 dpi. In addition, copies can be produced at a rate of 99 documents per session and resizing can be done from 25 to 400 per cent.

Design

This printer is compact and lightweight with dimensions of 43.7 cm in width, 36.3 cm in depth, and 30.8 cm in height. At a reasonable weight of 8.5 kg, the HP LaserJet M1005 MFP is handy and can easily be moved by anyone. Standard connection is achieved using a USB cable and HP Installer that makes installation take only a matter of minutes. The HP M1005MFP printer comes equipped with a 150 sheet input tray that is paired with a 10 sheet multipurpose cassette. Additionally, this printer includes a 100 sheet face-down tray to catch completed documents. HP LaserJet M1005MFP toner is also created to have a estimated yield of up to 2,000 pages at a five per cent coverage rate. High capacity HP M1005MFP cartridges are available with a page yield of 4,00 pages.

Advantages

Duplex printing is supported by this printer and will allow for double-sided printing on documents. This beneficial feature can save users money, in terms of paper costs, by reducing consumption and waste. In addition to plain paper, the M1005MFP can print on envelopes, transparencies, cards, and postcards. Additionally, this printer can have a copy out in only 12 seconds from standby.

Disadvantages

The HP LaserJet M1005 MFP cartridge that is included with the printer is only capable of producing up to 1,000 pages. However, the starter toner kit is easily replaced without much damage to a budget. This printer also does not include networking capabilities and may not be suitable for multiple computers in a network. Furthermore, this printer lacks a fax machine which is common in most multifunction printers.
