The Kyocera ECOSYS M3560idn is a robust multifunction device that can generate pages fast in speeds of up to 60ppm, making it suitable for high volume document production in a small or medium office. Users can upgrade it for additional paper handling, memory, and an optional SD card reader, but that means paying more for the already expensive all-in-one that cannot print in colour.
Design
The industrial-style frame stands 590mm tall, and with a flatbed scanner, the Kyocera ECOSYS M3560idn requires additional installation space with more headroom. The base unit itself is heavy, weighing 23.3kg. The design's focal point is the seven-inch touch panel and 500-sheet universal paper cassette. There is a 100-sheet multi-purpose tray for specialty media, while a 500-sheet capacity output bin with a censor to indicate when it is full. High-speed USB 2.0, Gigabit Ethernet, and two USB host ports serve as the main interfaces.
Advantages
It is easy to operate with a large touch panel and a customisable home screen.
