Lexmark E120 toner cartridges 

The Lexmark E120n printer is a workgroup printer that can be a useful tool for a small business, large office, or for personal use. It is a monochrome laser printer that can print in only black and white at speeds of up to 20 pages per minute and with a monthly duty cycle of 10,000 pages. It uses a 183 MHz processor and 18 MB of RAM to make printing quick and reliable. In addition, this Lexmark can print in a maximum resolution of 600 x 600 dpi and uses 1200 IQ for image enhancement.

Design

This printer is designed with a simple two-toned colour scheme that is very simple and unobtrusive. This printer was manufactured with space in mind. Its dimensions of 38.86 cm in width, 37.08 cm in depth, and 24.89 cm in length will fit anywhere in your office. The printer is also very lightweight at a weight of only 6.89 kilograms. The media feeder in the Lexmark E120n has a maximum capacity of 165 sheets of paper and there are feeders for two types of media. This printer is also energy efficient and only emits 49 decibels of sound during operation. During standby, the Lexmark E120n emits 26 decibels of sound.

Advantages

The Lexmark E120n can also print on a variety of media which includes envelopes, labels, plain paper, cards, and transparencies. This printer has an internal print server that will allow you to use this printer as a workhorse for multiple computers. The E120n also is certified by Microsoft for Windows Vista use. Integration into a PC or Mac is as easy as plugging in the USB and inserting the installation CD. This printer is also very inexpensive to purchase.

Disadvantages

The only disadvantage to this printer is it comes with a starter Lexmark E120 toner cartridge that only allows you to print 500 pages, although Cartridge Save do sell cheap Lexmark E120 toner that will last much longer. The Lexmark E120n power switch is also in the back, which makes turning on your printer a problem if you have it situated on a bookshelf or printer stand. However, this printer is reliable and produces excellent printouts and these small disadvantages should not prevent you from purchasing such a valuable asset for your small business or for personal use.
