Our Verdict:  

The new Ricoh Aficio 1015 printer falls in the class of the elegant all-in-ones that have made their entry into the market. This printer has print, copy, scan and fax functions and is a perfect pick for a small business venture that is not ready to invest in three separate machines. The Ricoh Aficio 1015 printer can print black and coloured documents perfectly well.

Design

Just like many modern printers, the Ricoh 1015 has a network adapter module that makes it easy to share in an environment where printing must be done from remote locations. An integrated cooling system controls heating inside the printer in cases where there is prolonged work making the machine generally safer to use for longer periods. Every new Ricoh Aficio 1015 printer comes with a free detailed user manual that clearly outlines the installation procedure and how to carry out basic tasks. For connection to a computer a USB cable is provided in the original packing. Configuring the fax function is quite easy if you follow the quick steps that are given in the user manual. Removing spent Ricoh 1015 toner cartridges and installing new ones is a simple task.

Advantages

This machine is light, so it can be moved about in the office as needed. The advantages of this machine to a small business environment are numerous. Its multi colour handling capabilities is of course the most impressive. Being a rather small printer is size, it is suitable for small offices.
