The Ricoh SP-311SFNW features a mix of useful functions with excellent paper handling and a size that is fit for small and micro offices. It is easy to use and it can easily be shared by a workgroup via a network, but it is a bit overpriced for what it can provide and is not upgradeable.
Design
The Ricoh SP-311SFNW may have a robust and rugged construction but it is compact for easy desktop set up and installation. It weighs 17.5kg and measures 405mm wide, 392mm deep, and 390mm tall. The 35-sheet automatic document feeder and control panel with a four-line LCD screen are two of its most distinctive physical characteristics. A 360MHz CPU allows the device to run efficiently with 128MB of RAM. The total paper capacity is 300 sheets with a 250-sheet universal paper tray and a 50-sheet bypass tray. The interfaces are wireless LAN, Ethernet, and high-speed USB 2.0 type B.
