Samsung CLX-2160 toner cartridges 

The Samsung CLX 2160 is a compact laser printer that satisfies those looking for a small size with the power of laser technology. The size of the device is still not quite as small as an inkjet model, but it is significantly smaller than other all in one laser printers. The specs on the Samsung CLX 2160 include laser technology, 128 MB of memory, USB connection and a top weight of 20.7 kg. The toner cartridges for the printer include a separate black cartridge and a combination cyan, yellow and magenta colour cartridge. The Samsung CLX 2160 is an all in one machine that functions as a printer, scanner and copier. The machine prints standard paper sizes, envelopes, labels, transparencies and card stock without trouble.

Design

The set up of the Samsung CLX 2160 is relatively simple right out of the box. Those familiar with the set up for an inkjet printer should have no problem getting the Samsung laser printer up and running in a short time. The first step after removing the printer from the box is setting up the laser cartridges, which are located in colour coded cylinders. The installation of the cartridges can only be accomplished in one way, which makes it a simple process for home users. The front of the machine has a rounded design, which also features the control panel for the device. While the machine does look smaller than the average laser printer, it is still relatively heavy. The smaller dimensions make the laser printer perfect for those storing the printer on a desktop or in a smaller office.

Advantages

One of the biggest pros to the Samsung CLX 2160 laser printer is the cost to purchase and operate. Those looking for laser quality, compact size on a budget will find this machine meets their needs. The operation of the Samsung CLX 2160 is relatively quiet in comparison to other model printers.
