Our Verdict:  

Samsung ML-1865W toner cartridges 

Samsung has a knack for producing smart laser printers with small footprints. At 341 x 224 x 184 mm, the Samsung ML-1865W is easily one of the most compact laser printers ever to be developed. This powerhouse boasts a pretty impressive duty cycle of 5,000 monthly impressions, which is equal to and often even more than what MFPs can do. The Samsung ML-1865W boasts energy efficiency, fast print speeds, and quality black and white outputs for both text documents and photos. However, it can only do monochrome printing.

Design

The Samsung ML-1865W is sleek and simple, with a neat black finish, extendible paper cassette, and push-easy buttons for quick printing and energy-saving / stand-by mode. The Samsung ML-1865W is a basic printer with a 64 MB memory. Unlike older Samsung ML models, it supports wireless interface.

Advantages

In addition to wireless interface, the Samsung ML-1865W also boasts compatibility to Widows, Mac, and Linux operating systems, giving users more versatility. It saves energy and promises budget-friendly running costs, especially since it uses only 1 high-yield cartridge. Users appreciate the almost noise-free operation and fast print speeds of up to 18ppm.

Disadvantages

Its small size may be the Samsung ML-1865W's best asset, but it also limits its functionality. There are many MFPs that are no more than an inch wider, taller or deeper than the Samsung ML-1865W but are packed with many more features.
