Samsung SCX-4729FW toner cartridges 

The Samsung SCX-4729FW is an ideal printer for small businesses and home office users. Its eco-mode settings allow users to print documents efficiently, whilst its exceptional print speed (28 ppm) allows for fast printing. One notable drawback is that the SCX-4729FW is a mono printer and as a result it won’t be appropriate for users who want to print in colour.

Design

The Samsung SCX-4729FW has a chic top cover and an elegant exterior design and measures 406mm (W) x 378mm (H) x 338 mm (D) – making it ideal for those of you stuck for space. Another great feature of the SCX-4729FW is the eco-button. This allows the printer to revert to a toner saver setting and switch to duplex printing – perfect if you want to lower your print costs at the touch of a button.

Advantages

If you want to lower your print costs then the Samsung SCX-4729FW is ideal. With a built-in duplexer, and an eco-friendly mode the all-in-one printer can save you money on both paper and ink! The printer also comes complete with WiFi allowing you to add as many devices as you want to the printer – all at the click of a button. Print speeds are also impressive, thanks to 533MHz CPU and 128MB memory.

Disadvantages

Print quality is decent, but could be improved – under stress tests, the Samsung SCX-4729FW did suffer from some banding. The printer could also benefit from a larger display screen for independent control of the printer.
