Our Verdict:
The Xerox Phaser 6180MFP is a multifunctional colour laser printer capable of wide variety of office tasks. In addition to the 6180MFP's formidable print speeds of up to 20 pages per minute in full colour and 31 pages per minute in monochrome, the system is also capable of scanning, copying, and faxing. The unit can fax at speeds of up to 33.6 Kpbs, hold up to 200 separate speed dials in memory, and print out faxes at 200 x 200 dpi resolution. Scanning formats for the Xerox Phaser 6180MFP include JPEG, PDF, and TIFF with a resolution output of up to 600 x 600 dpi. The unit is fully compatible most Windows, Linux, Mac, and Fedora operating systems and portability features include 10/100BaseTS Ethernet, Parallel, and USB 2.0. The 6180MFP is powered by a 400 MHz processor and comes standard with 384 MB of memory that can be expanded up to 1.38 GB.
Design
While the 6180MFP may not be the smallest system on the market, measuring it at around 46 cm wide by 52 cm deep by 73 cm high, it still leaves a small enough footprint to save valuable office space. The Xerox 6180MFP toner system is designed in such a way to provide maximum user convenience for cartridge exchanges. The system weighs a total of 40 kg and features a standard paper input capacity of 400 sheets which can be expanded up to 950 sheets. The Phaser 6180MFP features some of the lowest sound pressure levels on the market at only 51.6 DB while operating and 26.8 dB while on standby.
Advantages

Disadvantages
