The Xerox VersaLink B400 is an advanced multifunction printer that takes a workgroup to new productivity levels. It is extremely flexible, able to be operated from any networked device, and has numerous security features built-in. With easy connectivity to network-based applications and the Cloud, the Xerox B400 is ready to use straight out of the box and will prove indispensable from the start. The installation wizards are easy to understand, and the machine’s use of paper path technology guarantees reliable performance month after month. VersaLink machines are packed with the latest Xerox technologies and are designed to optimise workflows and accelerate information sharing. The built-in OCR enables a range of types of processing of scanned documents.

Design

The reversing document feeder holds up to 60 sheets and the 250-sheet output tray is fitted with a tray-full sensor. A separate bypass tray holds 150 sheets of alternate media. The three main paper trays have a combined capacity of 2,350 sheets. All copy, print and scan functions are controlled from a five-inch colour touchscreen that can be tilted and personalised.
