Designed specifically for small to medium-sized offices or businesses with high productivity levels, the Xerox VersaLink B7025 is an affordable and reliable black and white MFP that brings next-level productivity and results to smaller working environments. With Xerox’s incredible connectivity features, such as ConnectKey, already installed, this model allows smaller or mid-sized workplaces to buy with the future in mind. With a print speed of up to 25 ppm, a first print speed of 10.4 seconds and a first-time copy speed of 6.8 seconds, this MFP is sure to help speed up workflow and productivity.
Design
The Xerox B7025 comes with a wide array of finishing options, which means that the size and design of each model is going to differ according to needs and preference, but the base configuration measurements of this MFP stand at 590 x 670.8 x 767.9 mm with a weight of 51.3 kg. It comes in an off-white and petrol blue colourway that is both subtle and unobtrusive, and also has a 7 inch colour touchscreen control screen as standard. This control screen can be used in much the same way as a tablet or smartphone, with intuitive touch and swipe control and a customisable home screen.
Advantages
One of the Xerox VersaLink B7025’s biggest advantages is its connectivity. USB, Ethernet and Wi-Fi all come as standard, while ConnectKey allows for mobile printing and scanning straight from a handheld device with apps such as Dropbox, Box, OneDrive, Google Cloud Print and Mopria all supported. This MFP has a 1.05GHz processor, 320GB hard drive and 2GB memory as standard, with a monthly print volume of 13,000 pages and a duty cycle of 107,000 pages per month.
Disadvantages
While the Xerox VersaLink B7025 is designed with smaller and mid-sized workplaces in mind, the size of the machine means that it might not be suitable for those offices or businesses that are stretched for space.
