  The item was despatched promptly, and is safely stored, awaiting use. It was fully packaged and with a good 'use by' date - Sep 2019.

  No problems what so ever. Arrived on time and works perfectly. Always buy the branded product, even though more expensive, as substitutes often run out quicker.

  No problems with the products. The website is easy and quick to navigate. The items are always sent promptly and accurate notifications are given as to when they will arrive etc. Can't really ask for anything more.

  We have used these cartridges for many years. They always work first time, I've never had a leakage and the results are clear and presentable.

  I have bought this cartridge previously from HP directly at a much higher cost and decided to shop around. Having bought from Cartridgesave is the same quality, but for much less in costs compared to HP. Shame only this cartridge does not come in a bundle of 4 (pink, yellow, blue and black)

  Does what it says on the packet. I wish HP wouldn't tell you to change cartridges before they are completely empty. It costs users a lot of money.

  I always choose genuine HP cartridges. I have tried some cheaper alternatives in the past, but they have never lasted very long or been as good, so now I always purchase HP cartridges for all my printers. they last a long time and the quality of print never lessens right to the end of the cartridge.
