I can not fault the customer service we received from Cartridge Save, in every respect this was excellent. We received two of these compatible cartridges both of which had a fault so for this reason I can not recommend this specific product. However based on the excellent customer service we received I would be happy to recommend the seller. Perhaps we were just unlucky. Product 0 stars, customer service 5 stars.

The last blue cartridge I bought on the Internet was filled with black ink and it had a tendancy to make summer skies look a bit dark but your cartridge is filled with blue and I feel that the world looks good again! Thank you.

Although I was a little unsure about ordering a compatible toner rather than a new HP one, this appears to be working well in my printer. There may be a slight colour difference but not enough to cause a problem unless I was wanting to reproduce exact colours for our portfolios and designs. We are a graphic design consultancy so correct colour match is very important. So is cost!
