I am very disappointed. The first cartridge sent gave all black copies, the replacement prints with white patches, in spite of several times removing and tilting as shown and there are marks on the other side of the sheet. Please suggest how to correct

Great service but unfortunately on this occasion the cartridge was no use as explained on the phone, so I am looking for a home!!!

Copies on my 18 year old Canon FC224S photocopier have been quite poor for some time and a decision had to be made whether to dump it, try a new genuine Canon E30 toner cartridge at almost £100 or risk a compatible one at less than half price. I decided to take the cheap route in case it made no difference. The cartridge arrived next day, was fitted easily and the quality surprised me, better than I can remember. How long it will last remains to be seen but so far I am more than satisfied - and indeed staggered at how good the results are. I do not make many copies but it could be that the toner was several years old and that was part of the problem. It could have been that I ignored the manufacturers instructions and used paper that had printing on the other side printed from a different machine. If I had known I would have exchanged the cartridge long ago. Full marks
