Designed for home or office use, the basic Apple Colour Stylewriter 4100 is an inexpensive colour inkjet printer with a resolution of 600 x 600 dpi for black and white and 600 x 300 dpi for coloured. This unit is ideal for school projects as it comes with good software for printing items such as calendars, t-shirt iron-on transfers, and greeting cards. The Apple Colour Stylewriter 4100 uses two ink cartridges and boasts low running costs. The trouble with this printer is its slow print speed.

The Apple Colour Stylewriter 4100 inkjet printer comes in white and has a boxy shape. It has a 100-sheet input tray on the front and a serial port for connectivity.
