Advantages

The Sharp AR-276 copier warms up fast and the copier can produce up to 999 copies from the original, making this device a good choice for high-volume jobs. It is versatile enough to support 400dpi, 600dpi, and 1200dpi printing so details on text and graphics aren't compromised. Users can upgrade the memory of the Sharp AR276 laser printer to 320MB. The AR 276 digital copier is also praised for the high paper capacity, which is up to 2,100 sheets.

Disadvantages

Network printing, PC fax, super G3 faxing, and network scanning are optional for the Sharp AR-276, which means users have to buy separate (and often pricey) add-ons to get the most of this model. The layered security solution requires a separate accessory to keep documents secure. All these optional features make the Sharp AR-276 mono copier even more expensive.
