Designed for medium-sized workgroups, the Toshiba E-Studio 4540C is a network-ready multifunction colour printer that delivers high-quality photos, images, graphics, and text documents. The Toshiba 4540C colour MFP is great for making in-house marketing materials as it can handle banners as long as 47 inches and A3 sized media. The Toshiba E-Studio 4540C colour laser printer has a maximum resolution of 1,200 x 1,200 dpi for prints and 600 dpi for scans. It can deliver 70,000 pages per month. This large unit has a very large price tag, too.
Design
The all-in-one Toshiba E-Studio 4540C printer has an automatic document feeder on top and paper trays on the base. With optional finishers and other paper handling accessories, this unit can hold up to 3,700 sheets. The control panel on the front of the E=Studio 4540C photocopier features a colour touchscreen display, a numeric keypad, and function buttons. Print speed is 45 ppm while scan speed is 57 spm for both monochrome and coloured output.

Disadvantages
Users can expect the Toshiba E-Studio 4540C multifunction colour copier to be very expensive. It is quite large and bulky, especially with the optional finishers.
