Usual excellent, no fuss service from Cartridgesave. Problem with HP OfficeJet Pro 7720 printer refusing to recognise cartridges (sigh)!. Contacted CSave who immediately despatched the latest replacedement Multipack - despite my having purchased the problematic cartridge late last year. Problem solved. Well done and thank you. Highly recommend this company.

These cartridges seem to be just the same as the branded ones. No problems using them and no loss of quality in the print. Excellent cost saving for no loss of quality. I will be buying those instead of the brand ones from now on.

Cartridgesave replaced 7 month old non-branded cartridges free of charge after the printer manufacturer updated their software to prevent use of non-branded cartridges. Excellent service from Cartridgesave. Thank you.

This company sorted my problem immediately. i had a compatibility problem with my first set of HP 953 compatible inks and a replacement pack arrived the next day, and worked perfectly without any problems. A wonderful prompt experience in this age of prevarication; problem solved in the blink of an eye !! Thank you so much !!
