Unfortunately I have still not received the ink that I ordered. I had to go to hospital very urgently and could not be at home to receive it. I got a message from DPD saying they would try to deliver the next day. I wrote to say I was still at the hospital and would not be able to receive it. They tried to deliver anyway and when they had failed to deliver twice they returned the parcel to you.

I ran out of ink in the middle of a photo print run, went to cartridgesave as a returning customer, two clicks and I had ordered my cartridges, one click I had confirmed my purchase, another I had insured it. It arrived next morning and my print run was completed. Excellent
