What is the volume of ink in your cartridges? Is it more or less than the original equipment?

  • The Compatible Black HP 27 Printer Cartridge contains 10ml of ink and the Compatible Tri-Colour HP 28 Printer Cartridge contains 8ml of ink. This is the same as the genuine HP cartridges.

    Does not print as well as other replica cartridges I have had in the past. Delivery was outrageous considering you advertise Free Next Day - it came 5 days later. Have not been impressed by your customer service either - was given a "well you should have read the small print" comment on the phone and not heard back from Laura - who "personally" reads all comments!! She may read them but she sure doesn't feed back to you!!!!
