The HP Designjet 700 is a mid-range monochrome large format printer that can handle media as large as 24 inches. The Designjet 700 printer is ideal for medium to large offices, especially engineering and architecture firms. For connectivity, users can choose from parallel and serial. The HP Designjet 700 does not have built-in networking connectivity, but optional Ethernet is available.

Design

The large HP Designjet 700 is supported by two stands with 2 wheels each. This printer has dimensions of 42 x 27 x 27 inches and weighs 107.8 lbs. It comes in a white and black enclosure and has function buttons on the side. Print resolution can go as high as 600 x 600 dpi. The HP Designjet 700 inkjet printer has ink level indicators, automatic cartridge alignment, plot queuing and nesting, and roll feed automatic cutter for the convenience of users.
