The Kyocera P3060dn is one of the faster printers in the ECOSYS range, producing up to 60 pages per minute in both A4 and A5 format. It is cost-effective, making it ideal for small businesses and home offices with a high printing output.

Design

As part of the environmentally-aware Kyocera Ecosys range, the Kyocera ECOSYS P3060dn offers double-sided and N-up printing, so you use less paper. It has up to six paper trays available and features long-life components to ensure a stronger and more reliable printer.

Dimensions of the Kyocera P3060dn are 39.6cm x 42.1cm x 34.2cm, and it has security features that include Private Print, POP over SSL and IPSec. It features two USB slots for memory sticks and there is also a slot for SD cards.

Advantages

The time to the first print is less than five seconds and the unit has a Wi-Fi option, with Wi-Fi Direct available if needed. The high print resolution of 1200 dpi ensures a professional finish. The Kyocera P3060dn has a weight of 15.5kg, so it can be moved easily. Mobile printing support is available for Android and iOS, as well as several other platforms, and it can be used with a variety of operating systems, including Windows and Linux.

Disadvantages

Those who need to colour prints will have to consider a different machine, as this Kyocera P3060dn is monochrome only. It only prints up to A4 standard, which is fine for most companies, but larger businesses with more complex printing needs might find this restrictive. The unit also has a 25-second warm-up time, which is slightly longer than other models in the range.
