  I have only used the cartridge for a few days, but immediate impressions are that the image quality is decent, although I am finding that on some prints the toner is not seeming to fuse as well as the HP genuine cartridges have done. This is my first use of a 'compatible' for my HP laser printer, and I was doubtful that performance would be as good as a genuine HP product, and first impressions are that it was probably a reasonable expectation. However, unless one needs top quality all the time, the cost differential is the issue, and this product is much cheaper than the HP equivilent. It may be that some of the various paper I put through the printer is not suitable for this type of toner, so I am probably expecting too much of a lower cost product. The product description also indicated that the projection for number of prints is about 3000, whilst HP and other providers of equivilent High Capacity cartridges is 4000, so I do not know how this will actually compare. The cost difference still makes that acceptable though, as a standard capacity HP is still considerably more expensive. I have no issue with the company, whose staff seem helpful and pleasant to speak with, so my reluctance to score this purchase more than moderate, is based on the product not seeming to be as good as an HP one. I have not had any reason to test their after sales service so far, so I cannot comment on that.

  Excellent customer service and cartridges. Was weary about buying compatibles. The Colour one perfect, Black one would not work, so I rang Customer Services and a replacement was received the next day and that worked perfectly! Will not hesitate about ordering from Cartridge Save again. Highly recommend!

  I received my purchase of a black and a colour cartridges by post, the next day, I was impressed. The black cartridge was not accepted by my printer so I phoned and was pleasantly surprised by the helpful person at the other end of the phone, who said no problem we will put another in the post for you today, and they did!!! I again received it the next day, and it was accepted by my printer. Thank you so much for not only following through but supplying a good product.   I have a rather old but very good printer (HP Deskjet 840C), and when the retail price went up to around £30 for a black cartridge and £40 for colour I looked for an alternative way of buying them and that's when I discovered the wonderful Cartridgesave where I could purchase cartridges at a fraction of the shop prices. I recently ordered a black and a colour cartridge at a cost of approx £20 (shop price an unbelievable £70!), at first I couldn't get the black cartridge to work so I phoned Cartridgesave who gave me some advice and said cartridge worked immediately giving me a brilliant sharp print!   I have found this to be a major financial saving in the compatibility market, along with its 'brother' the Jet Tek HP78 color printer cartridge as a multipack item, as used with the HP Officejet V45 range of printers. Another sure bonus is the much larger capacity in both cartridges, especially for the heavy user. As compared with the original HP cartridges, there's just no contest, either pricewise or in capacity.
