Can you override out of toner to just print black? see 1 answer

We like the printer but often want to print something while we are awaiting replacement toner cartridges (College has a slow purchasing supply chain). It would be very helpful if we could continue to print in B/W while awaiting replacement colour cartridges Thanks in advance.

  • As we do not sell printers I would not be able to advise if this is possible. As far as I am aware if the printer uses more than one cartridge then they all need to be installed in order to print any type of document.
